Warranty Policy

The ONERVA Smart Locks and door handles are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, when used in accordance with the instructions provided. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, the manufacturer will either (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with a new or refurbished product.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized alteration or repair.

  • Any damage caused by the use with non-compatible products.

  • Any damage caused by use outside of the intended purpose of the product.

  • Any damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the product.

  • Any damage caused by acts of God or other external forces.

To obtain warranty service, please register your product on our website and contact the customer service department and provide proof of purchase.
